We are working like busy little bees to continue making the highest quality and quick shipping of your products! Please keep in mind that many of our emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam folder. So try checking your spam folder before you email us. Our products are handmade and we keep a certain amount in stock, during high peak seasons it may take a little longer than usual to fulfill orders.
All orders will ship after 2-3 business days** and can take longer during high peak times. (Keep in mind everything is handmade as ordered) If an item is out of stock, message us on our contact page to be alerted when a product is be back in stock.
Shipping is between 2-3 Business Days via regular USPS first class mail. Tracking numbers will be provided.
Before you purchase a product, make sure that you are aware of any dimensions and/or sizes and style of products that you are interested in on a particular product. Sometimes objects (products) seem larger in photos than in actual size.
- All sales are final unless you receive the wrong item, based on your order.
- If a package is returned at fault of the buyer, the buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Be sure that you enter the correct address during checkout.
- Orders can only be shipped to the address provided. La Pink Rose will cover all shipping cost that have occurred due to our own clerical error.
Once tracking numbers are sent, they can take up to a minimum of 24 hours to be updated on the USPS website or simply not be updated until they are delivered. After the order is shipped, La Pink Rose is no longer responsible for packages. Should an error occur, please contact USPS or your local post office to resolve.
*All returned items that have refunded shipping will only have the credit for a package for USPS shipping as it was sent to buyer originally. (Not responsible for any shipping services other than USPS)
- Packages are insured through USPS.
- Stolen items are not insured through USPS or Mist Green Breeze.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at Orders@lapinkrose.com and include “DAMAGED” in the subject line along with pictures of damaged items and a screenshot of the receipt. This will help speed up the process of a replacement package and to file a claim with USPS.
In cases where the package is returned to sender and La Pink Rose is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost or if buyer requests a refund for purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.
If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate in the notes section during checkout. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $2.35 and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation
All Items on our website are a product of La Pink Rose LLC. and are trademarked any duplication of our products will result in legal action.
